lebensfremden Welt, lebensfeindlichen Welt, in der alles zu einer Qual wird
und jeder Lebende ein potentieller Böser ist.
In diesen harten Zeiten stehen sich Vater und Sohn, die
in dem ganzen Buch namenlos bleiben, enger als man sich vorstellen kann.

Denn alles, was in dieser Welt noch lebenswert zu sein scheint, ist der jeweils andere der beiden. Sie brauchen sich und ihre materielle Welt beschränkt sich auf das Hab und Gut bestehend aus Decken, Plastikplanen, Dosenfutter und Wassertanks, Gasfeuerzeug, was sie in einem Einkaufswagen transportieren können.

Die komplett düstere Stimmung des Buches und die wenigen Worten zwischen Vater und Sohn zerreißen einem schon ab der ersten Zeile das Herz. Man möchte den beiden Protagonisten als Hüter, Beschützer in jeder Situation nahe stehen. Selten hat mich eine Geschichte so schnell zu Tränen rühren können.

Ach ja, endlich mal wieder ein Roman, der in Taschenbuchformat nach 250 Seiten alles gesagt hat. Ich finde den Trend zum „Mut zur Länge“ nicht unbedingt prickelnd. Lesen … und für lesefaule Menschen gibt es das Buch als Film (2009) adaptiert auch zum anschauen! Ein absolut überzeugendes Ensemble an Schauspielern. Alles an echten Orten gedreht (z.B. wo Hurricane Katrina gewütet hatte) Und einen anderen Vater als Viggo Mortensen kann man sich sowieso nicht vorstellen. Der Sohn wurde von Kodi Smit McPhee gespielt. Total überzeugend und herzzerreißend … auch wenn man das Buch vorher kannte.

Hello World!

We completely changed the layout of tcabam because because. We needed something new. There will be still few changes in the coming hours and probably days but at least I am actually happy bout what I can finally see here.

Anyway, September 1st was a new day in Hamburg “We forbid stuff that makes fun” era. I am living in a cool part of Hamburg – St. Pauli. There are rumours that St. Pauli is still the most dangerous place in whole Germany. You know, because of Drugs, Sex, Crime, Rock’n'Roll. I am living quite seconds away from the Red Light corners. There is a common prohibition/ban/embargo however you’ll call/name it for weapons, bottles of glass, drugs (between Friday 6pm and Monday 6am) … With beginning of September 1st it is not allowed to drink alcohol in public transportation … for guests. There is a common smoking ban as well. I will look out for the day when it is forbidden to breath, to eat, to sit, to walk, to smile … here in Hamburg.

Don’t get me wrong, I am very happy bout the smoking ban in public places. BUT do we don’t know it better, that bans never changed the problems?!

Serial “Places” Episode 3 “Angkor Archaeological Park” Part 3

So, here it goes – „Places – E3“ „Angkor Archaeological Park Part 3“ Read about from the beginning
Before I will post again bout different temples … here are some few things you should know bout Angkor as a tourist.

Don‘t try to get into the Park without a ticket … not even when you own a K Visa in your passport as I do. They will not let you into. They see it that you are not Khmer. Don‘t take your police cousin with who is Khmer. They don‘t let you in anyway. Get your ticket as legal and common usual tourist at the front entrance.

Don‘t try to see everything at the Angkor Archaeological Park“ within one or two days. You will not like it to rush from one place to another place. It is like exploring Paris in one day. It is impossible. Take your time and try to get as smoothy as the Khmer people are. Perfect time is a week in Siem Reap at all and minimum the 3 days ticket (that is exactly the same fee like a two days ticket. 40 US Dollar.

Don‘t visit Angkor Wat at noon. There are no shadow places at all and it is hot there.

Don‘t wear Flip Flops (like I once did at Phnom Bakheng – very wrong decision). There are temples where you have to climb to enjoy it as long as you are allowed to. The stone is sandstone and if it should get wet. It is very slippery and the steps are not like in the Western modern world. It is naturally used stonesteps built in 900-1350 … so, some years ago…

Don‘t get on Phnom Bakheng at the evening. Because you will not be the only one at the mountain. It is a very very long tradition by Asian folks to take pictures of places they visit from the sunsets and sundowns. So, you will probably find 80% of all Park visitors at the evening at Phnom Bakheng. That is not funny. Use the morning to climb at the mountain to find the heavy and big temple with quite difficult stone steps almost empty. You will not have a sundown. That is right. But I promise … it is better to climb up the temple if you got your own time. Promised. 

Take small money with … you will sooner or later need it for flying traders.

Make a plan for temples you want to visit.

If you want to be in temples that are crowded than you have to be at Angkor Wat, Bayon, Ta Prohm, Phnom Bakheng at the evening, Banteay Srei …

If you want to have real entertainment … See Ta Keo, Kbal Spean, Preah Khan (it is a very green temple with a lot of big trees on stones like Ta Prohm but it is more beautiful and not so crowded).

If you want to climb. Climb on your own risk and you can do at Ta Som, Ta Keo, Phnom Bakheng, Kbal Spean. You need condition and a good sense of balance.

SO, anyway, take your time for all temples. You can take guides as well but you can buy guides as books and you can make a list before.

Here are the last temples I want to suggest you to see and that I like.

8 Neak Pean

This is one of the most important architectonical sight in Angkor. It is close to Preah Khan. It is a square of 350 m. It was built as a Baray (water basin) and there were about 13 small lakes in that complex before. 5 of them are restaurated. The Baray is now dry.

The main „lake“ is 70m wide and has an island with 33m diameter. There is the Prasat built on top. It is decorated with Bhuddhist motives. You just have to see it.

9 Phnom Bakheng

This is the temple of the mountain where a lot of people want to take pictures in the evening. There are two different routes to the top … the Elephant way and the walking route. As I mentioned before. I walked up to the hill in the morning and I liked it a lot. And a real big fail. I wore flip flops. That is not good… anyway.

Phnom Bakheng is the center of Yashodharapura. This was the capital of Yashovarman I. who got crowned in 889. It is of course a Hindu temple. The temple has a 4 km long wall and a 200m wide water canal. At the time of 889 Phnom Bakheng might have been one of the biggest towns of the world. The King built the Eastern Baray to get enough water for all the people.

Around the temple you can find stone lions. It is beautiful up there.

10 Preah Khan

Preah Khan is my absolute favourite temple. I love it and love it and love it and love it.
That is the first fact and some objective facts. Preah Khan was formerly known as Nagarajayashiri – the lucky and winning city. The modern name means holy sword and is related to the National Sanctuary of the Khmer Kingdom. A modern copy of the sword you can find at the Kingdom Palace in Phnom Penh.

Preah Khan was built between 1184 and 1191 by Jayavarman VII. and dedicated to his father. There are 450 shrines for 450 divinities. It was not just a bhuddhist sanctuary but there are also shrines for hinduists, local gods, ancestors and so on. There are 102 Prasat and more than one stone buildings in that Preah Khan area. It was a real town.

There is founding stele that says there were given presents by 5324 people living in the village that sent daily 10 tons of rice and it is mentioned that there lived about 97840 people. Preah Khan was also a place of wisdom and education. You can find there library buildings. Fascinating. Absolutely astonishing.

11 Ta Keo

This is the temple of the „mountain king“. It is a not finished temple and it is a temple for climbing. There are no shadowplaces at all. You have to save your head with a hat!

It was built by Jayavarman V. and maybe it was the center of Jayendranagari – the City of Indra the Conqueror. It is the new Capital of the Eastern Baray. The building started in 985 but was never finished. Even not by the next King. Fasinating are the steps with minimum 55% acsending slope at the East entrance.

12 Ta Prohm

Ta Prohm is well known for it‘s appearance at the motion picture „Tomb Raider“ with Angelina Jolie … So that some crazy people get the idea to rename the temple into Jolie Temple. Bad idea.

Ta Prohm is known for the trees that grow on the stones and between of them.
Ta Prohm means „temple of Brahma – the ancestor“. It was built in 1182 by Jayarvarman VII. and dedicated to his mother – who got glorified as Prajnaparamita – the mother of all Bhuddhas – and Queen of all Wisdom.

Well that is quite all by now, I hope you liked the view into Angkor and its magic. I am looking for questions.

All historical info I have got by the National Geographic Art Guide in German Language from the publishing year 2006. And all other info is completely subjective. All pictures are owned by myself.

Dear Readers … Yesterday I posted part one of the “Angkor Archaeological Park” … you can read about here. This is anyway Part 2

4 Banteay Srei

It is 20km northeastern to the Eastern Baray (an artificial water bassin). Banteay Srei was the first temple of the Angkor temples that was restaurated in 1931. It is by the word the most beautyful, most tidy and most kind of „entertaining park like“ temple areal. The godfathers of the temple are Switzerland. They know how to keep a temple suitable for many many crazy tourists. You cannot get this at Ta Prohm that is hosted by India. FYI … Each temple has a „restaurating/hosting/godfather/architectual culturehistorical partner“ from the UN. Banteay Srei is the „Switzerland“ temple. You got a well structured parking lot. Clearly situated tourist souvenir shops. A guiding route. What ever… fascinating if you have been at „chaotic“ temples before.

Anyway, it is a small temple but it is full of details at the stones and it always looks beautiful. The temple got finished in 967. It is a hindu temple. It is just 200m long.
And there is a lot more to tell about this temple but I just want to give you a glimpse of it.

I cannot give a visiting time advice because this temple is always crowded.

5 Baphuon

This is a temple that is actually completely reconstructed from the ground. There were only ruins left. The USA is rebuilding this. I like Baphuon a lot. It is located between the Elephant Terrace and Bayon. Between a lot of trees and yeah, Actually you just can get a small idea of how big this temple once has been. It just got damaged by the own bad construction. It was finished in 1060. It was the capital of Udayadityavarman II. The special thing bout it is … it had a 200m long stone breaker way to the temple itself. Because there used to be water around. The temple itself is built in squares up to the top that is about 50m high and the top square was about 42 x 32m wide. The ground stage is 103 x 103 m wide.

6 Bayon

Bayon is a temple that is always crowded as well cuz all tourists are going to see him. It is the temple with the 4 different faces that are craved into the many many towers. I love Bayon. Even with the many tourists in it. It was very longly called hinduistic but in 1925 it was acknowledged as a bhuddhist holy place. It is built within Angkor Thom. There is a plateau that is guarded by lions. The temple has three „rings“ with a lot of pillars and towers. There are a lot of dancing Apsaras carved into the stone. The towers have faces that look to four sides. You can find a lot of war scenery carved in stone as well. Within the temple there is a well with really cooling water. Don‘t drink it!

7 Kbal Spean

Kbal Spean is a hindu cult place at the Siem Reap River fountain. To get there, you have to have time, closed shoes, a lot of water (to drink), condition and did I mention time?! There is a parking lot at the foot of the mountain and then you have to walk up „only 1.9 km“. But usually you are not prepared for a mountain walk with not really existing route through the djungle. You are definitely in it. You shouldn‘t get on top of the mountain in the mid of the day. This could be horrible for your heart – lungs – circulation … I know, what I am talking bout. But, if you get there … finally … you can find the Siem Reap river … and carvings in stones that lie in the river … with different hindu gods and yeah a lot of religious magic. It is beautiful there … at the top. By the way, Kbal Spean is 10 min car drive from Banteay Srei away … the parking lot of Kbal Spean. You need minimum 40 minutes to get on the mountain and 40 minutes down … if you don‘t want to run and ruin your own health. Enjoy the trip!

In the next episode I will go on with the Angkor Archaeological Park cuz it has tooo many temples that I just don’t want to drop into one post and I will give you advises about DO and DON’T DO stuff at Angkor as a tourist. So stay curious and comment.

Serial “Places …” Episode 1: Angkor Archaeological Park Part 1

Places… will be a new serial here at the tcabam blog. I will show you places that are worth to be seen … to be visited … to be loved … to be saved …

I start with my big love the Ankor Archeological Park in Siem Reap, Cambodia. I visited it two times yet and I have seen a couple of temples and cult places … I will talk about in the following entries.

Here are some favourites I visited with short info and of course pictures.

1 Angkor Thom

There is the famous entry of the temple complex called Angkor Thom. It is still allowed to pass the gate with cars. But I am very very sure … sooner or later it is not anymore. Angkor Thom a.k.a. “Great Capital” was the homeside of 1 million people. Within the fences there lived the King and the priests, the high society and office people. The folk lived outside of the walls. Angkor Thom is an hindu temple complex. It is guarded by gigants close to the Gates and it has 54 “Deva” (godess) sculptures on the way to the Gates and 54 “Asuras” (demons) sculptures. Angkor Thom got built in the regency of Jayavarman VII. It was the last temple built in his high time.

2 Angkor Wat

Angkor Wat is the most popular and biggest temple complex in the whole Archaeological Park. It was built between 1113 and 1150 by Suryavarman II. It is a hindu temple and is formerly known as Brah Bishnulok or Vrah Vishnuloka the holy seat of Vishnu.

After the religious revolution made by Jayarvarman VII. Angkor Wat was restructured as an bhuddhist temple. This happened in the 13th century. The area of this temple is about 2 Squarekilometers wide. It lies more or less in an artificial island. Around the temple there are water canal systems built. The canal is 200m wide and has stone steps at the border … (and it is terrific beautiful).

3 Banteay Kdei

This temple is just beautiful. Especially at the evening. The sundown makes the stone so warm and glimmery. It is heartbreaking. The place is a silent one. There are not so many visitors especially not at the evening. Perfect place to relax and to hunt down the breath of religious power and meditation. It was built in 1187 under the regency of Jayavarman VII. It is a bhuddhist temple. It was probably the home of a lot of monks at that time.

they call it mermaid in the media…but i don´t see any mermaid…i see a giant woman with spreaded legs bathing in the hamburg alster lake…and i like it…it´s a great fun art idea!

the floating sculpture by OLIVER VOSS is 13ft high and 98ft long and designed to look like a woman bathing in the alster lake of hamburg in germany.

im hintergund sammelt der freundliche suchmaschinenRIESE weiterhin deine datenscheiße ein, doch plötzlich wird es merkwürdig……

man steht also da rum, auf der party vom freundlichen suchmaschinenRIESEN, nippt am eher lauen seoDRINK, produziert datenkacke, und dann:

trampelt der freundliche suchmaschinenRIESE die kostümierten partygäste platt.

panik bricht aus!

“WO iST DER AUSGANG?”

man kann gar nicht so wirklich begreifen was der freundliche suchmaschinenRIESE da macht,

denn der suchmaschinenRIESE hat doch zur party geladen. warum trampelt er kostümierte GÄSTE nieder?

“WARUM RIESE MACHST DU DAS?” aber der RIESE antwortet nicht, sondern er lässt sein übliches “ich bin GOOOOOHHHHg” durch das triste partytal dröhnen.

doch dann: “sehet er ist zu uns gekommen, aus dem reich der verifizierten vogelmenschen. der echte und LEGENDÄRE käptn´KIRK #OMG !”

…und der RIESE hebt sein bein

“NEIN RIESE MACH ES NICHT! er ist doch unkostümiert und verifiziert!”

“SPLATTERplatscht” macht es kurz und der käptn´des gar mächtigen raumschiffes enterprise

wird vom merkwürdigen suchmaschinenRIESEN plattgemacht. verstörung überall, und verstimmung über den unfreundlichen gastgeber. einige partygäste sagen: “wir sind echte unkostümierte klarnamen, uns mag der RIESE. die party ist doch toll, und natürlich darf der suchmaschinenRIESE alles platt treten was er will, ist ja seine party.” doch sie trugen falsche bärte, diese klarnamen gäste, und ihre argumente waren die argumente der schlange, und wir alle wissen wohin uns diese schlange gebracht hat: “wer keinen apfel hat der möge sich melden”

und so geschah es dann, das man es im reich der vogelmenschen von baum zu baum zwitscherte,

und es von den hügeln herabschallte: ”er hat käptn´ kirk plattgemacht!”

und so hörte es prinz ONLINEMEDIEN und trug die kunde seinem vettern aus dem land der PRINTs zu. die schreiber waren gar empört!

doch der RIESE antwortete: ”meine party, meine party , meine party…”

und die letzten der gäste, die klarnamenfetischisten, stimmten mit ein : ”seine party, seine party!”

doch über den sieben bergen ,im gemütlichen reich der zuckerberge, hat man von dieser party beim unfreundlichen RIESEN gar keine notiz genommen.

der könig schüttelt kurz sein haupt und verkündet zur lage im fernen und kleinen reich der PLUSER: ”na und, mir doch egal.”

Review: 20th Wave Gotik Treffen – Part 3

The 4th day, the Sunday was a real force day. I was fighting against a beginning cold. I was struggling with aching joints and the sun was brillantly shining so my skin got roasted and I am allergical against sun. So, it was my force day.

I met my friends in town and traditionally we went for lunch at Auerbachs Keller – a very traditional restaurant best known from J.W. Goethes Faust where some scenes took place in this location. We were eating there brillant perfect Old German dishes. It is hell of expensive but it was it all worthy. Any single cent. I was having some fish for 17 Euros. And I did enjoy it.

After that we went to see the Völkerschlachtdenkmal … the Monument to the Battle of the Nations cuz my friends haven’t been there before. The building is huge and amazing. In front of there is a lot of green and one Café where we had some coffee and icecream and time to play with the little “Gothic girl” The friends have had their
1 1/2 years old girl with. So, you always had to entertain the little Lady.

After that the whole crazy bunch of people … we were seven including the little Lady … we went to the Old Exhibition Centre Hall 15 and we decided to not leave the venue until the bitter end. The Dad of the little Lady had to leave because on Sunday it was “Daddyday” where he had to take care of the girl and was punished in not seeing any bands.

So, now here is my very subjective view to the bands at this day in that hall. It was a very synthie pop, electronic body music infiltrated music day. Sometimes, I need such stuff as well … but 50% of the bands I had to listen at the venue was awefully live. Some bands only work on an album and not live.

X-DIVIDE

These guys were live so boring that I didn’t even take one single look into the hall. I was standing outside the venue next to the beergarden.

OBSCENITY TRIAL

They were extremely entertaining. I was standing in the first row and I did enjoy the small set. You could see, the band had fun and you was believing them anything they did on stage. It was a first highlight.

WAVES UNDER WATER
This band was aweful. The sound was terrible. I still don’t know who gave them the allowance to play there. (: … Probably with a better sound – I could have give them some love but I didn’t like the live singing voice of the singer and yeah, the sound. Terrible. Terrible. And it was boring. After three songs, I didn’t know that there were three songs. All was kind of the same.

BLIND PASSENGER
I was a really big fan of the former Blind Passengers … they were more “harder” and not so soft synthie like the Reunion stuff that was brought to stage on that day.

here just to see what I mean with former stuff… still the best song of them ever Absurdistan from 1995

or that other “Teenager times fave dance song of mine”

Anyway, I was unfortunately disappointed and unhappy to see Blind Passenger on that day and I wished to turn back the time … just a bit.

THE TWINS
This was a crazy set. The band is 31 years old and I never never never ever heard of them before. After the concert I was googling for them and I have seen at which locations they had to play in the later days and ooooh my gosh … I am very very sure that I wouldn’t know about them without this Treffen cuz I usually ignore concerts of bands in locations like small village restaurant places for 200 people… you know. The Twins played at such locations at their 30 years anniversary. Anyway, this was for my taste too much pop, too much schmaltz, too much Schlager … and I still don’t know what the two girls did on stage (aaaah, they probably have been the twins name giving protagonists and they supposed to sing but the soundmix was aweful – so you couldn’t listen to them).

After the concert I had a lot of question marks standing in my face. I am not becoming their fan. This is hardcore 80s stuff I don’t like.

ASSEMBLAGE 23
Well, he was introduced as an US Phenomenom … bliblablubb … He is only a phenomenom cuz he is probably the only one who is doing successfully this kind of music with an USAmerican passport. I took the time to take some breath outside the venue and have some dinner. I was bored and it was for me just diffusing confusing noise. Sorry, to say. No example here for you.
Absolutely the LOW Point of the night.

PERFORMANCE
I wanted to see them. Absolutely and it was great that I was suffering some hours long just to see them. They were great and I am now a little Fan. I did enjoy their life performance. The sound was superb and yeah … go and check them out. They will be on tour in September in Germany … and I will see them. Yeah

And then we just had to wait for the last Highlight.

CAMOUFLAGE
finished the day at the Hall. This was the long awaited Highlight of Sunday for me and anyone of my friends and the rest of the audience that overcrowded the location. There was an entry stop in front of the venue and I was very happy to be inside.
I was really impressed by that “old” men. I loved their performance and I was slightly happy that I could see them. I haven’t seen them before.

I felt completely happy after this long music day together with my friends. I was massivly drunk after one glass of red wine. And I felt the cold in my bones and I was thinking bout to get to the legendary When we were young Party but I felt not fit enough and no friends wanted to come with. I missed it completely. I wasn’t any single night at this Party (I usually get to dance there… always … since years regularly. This year I just completely missed the Old School / Batcave / Dark Wave / Back to the Roots Goth Party. I am a bit sad bout but well, there will come another year!

So, I went home to have a good sleep and some Ginger tea before the last day of the 20th WGT started.

DAY 5 – Monday.
It is usually the day, when you are on the way back to “normality”. This year it was still filled with Highlights you were not allowed to miss. So, I had Misfits on my schedule. I already missed so many other Must Haves so I couldn’t miss this as well, I said to myself. But you know, plans vs. reality …

(my last day outfit)

I met with my friend Sukie and her husband (the guys with whom I spent the whole day before) in town and we went for lunch at the most aweful Italian restaurant the world have seen. We thought – aaaw, how cool, they have a special Gothic card … but it didn’t taste. The service was a mess. (It is the “Andria” at the Nikolaistr 20 – aweful. Don’t go for it. Even Pizza Hut is better)

After that “shock”. Sukies husband met with the others at the Parkbühne for some bands and Sukie and me went shopping to the Agra Hall. I shot some Eyeshadows by Grimas and then we both wanted to see finally the superb Live Band Coppelius.

I love those boys from Berlin. They seem to jump out of a lost century and they combine chamber music with Hard Core to built their own Chambercore. They are fantastic artists, actors and musicians. Just watch …

Just brillant! I love them. The poor thing was, the concert was of course tooooooooo short.

Sukie and me liked the show a lot and then we met the rest of the bunch for the last supper at the Irish Pub Killi Willy where we grabbed our last dinner together. Jenny and me later tried to get into the Werk II to see MISFITS. Of course we left too late the Killi Willy, so we were standing in a very very long row in front of the venue. Just 10 meters before the entering door, there was the entry stop and we had to get home. Unfortunately. But we definitely had a great WGT at all.

I have seen some cool (old) bands and I have met a lot of friends again and yeah, I will do it next year again. I am very sure of.

P.S.: The day later I left Leipzig with one ICE that was completely filled with “black” people in at least 3 waggons. That was kind of brillant. I felt like being at home … at least until the first stop in Berlin.

Review: 20th Wave Gotik Treffen – Part 2

So, Day 3 came along. It was Saturday. I have to add that I missed on Friday the superb Soror Dolorosa.

I wanted to see them but it is not possible to cut yourself into pieces for just one big weekend to see anything. Well, I repeat my words again and again. Anyway …

On Saturday Ro & Norman left the appartement for myself alone. They visited their family. I went at noon to the splendid Café Riquet for having brunch with the four ladies of the Fanclub Colour-Ize. There were only two of them coming but we had fun anyway. By the end of our brunch, the lost two ones just came to the Café and we went to the MB and went again across the Medieval market at the roof and tried to organize our schedules. I collaborated with my friended family that was at the Parkbühne yet to be there almost the whole day. That was their plan. I wanted to see them anyway and I didn’t have any ideas what to do before the Ballett at the evening in the Opera. So, I went to see them. (I don’t post pictures of them… sorry.)

We were watching the first band of the schedule at this venue. It was THE COLD – a German band. I have seen some years before. I have had them in memory as a very boring band that sounds like “The Cure for kindergarden”. But this time, the sound was better, the songs had a better drive and anyhow, I liked their show. It was a good start of the day. The weather was brillant for the outdoor thing and I had quite a lot fun with my friends.

After The Cold, I left my friends and it was time to get to the Opera to hunt one ticket for the Ballett down. I wanted to see the legendary Ballet by Choreographer Uwe Scholz (R.I.P.) “Die große Messe” {by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart}. The Ballett is a two hours long epic work. The music was made life by the Choir and Orchestra of the Gewandhaus Leipzig. The dancers were superb. And I was amazed until the very end. Why?! I will tell you after you had the chance to see some pieces of it.

I was upset at the end of the Ballett. Cuz the Leipzig audience … there were only limited ticket seats for WGT visitors … they celebrated only the orchestra and the singers. Yeah, no question, they did a great job, but damn it, it was a ballett. There were more than 20 people on stage dancing their whole ass of for two hours without any break and they didn’t give a single shit about their solists. No honors at all. I was not pleased with that. They deserved more love from the Audience and the procedure of getting applause at all. It was disgusting and I was pissed. I was really pissed cuz they did the hardest job of anyone there on stage. So, end of rant.

After that, there was still time to find some bands I could discover or let give some attention.
So, I went back to the Moritzbastei to catch some tunes of AGENT SIDE GRINDER … that Swedish Industrial band … but the Moritzbastei was completely overcrowded and it was slightly hopeless for even finding the right hall in the venue. There are different “halls” inside. So, I gave up and went to the Parkbühne to have the chance to see Girls under Glass but I didn’t get into the venue as well. So, the last chance I had was for Cinema Strange and The Damned but this was just completely naive by myself to just think about to get into. So, I invested into the Leipzig Cab Industry and made myself a cozy early evening/night.

So, it was time to drift into Day 4 that was hopefully a bit better for me and my cultural input. And well, I succeed. Definitely.
